Wave Technology was established by its founder Sam Abedzadeh in May of 1995. Due to a possible trademark issue and some conflict in the WWW, the name was changed to Abed Technologies, Inc. in January of 2004.

Abed Technologies, Inc. is an electrical/electronic consulting firm specializing in “concept to production” development of products using 8-bit and 16-bit embedded microcontrollers such as Microchip PIC series, Free Scale (Motorola) 68HC series, and Intel MCS51 series. With over 30 years of experience in this field, we can work on projects that range from minor design changes to very complex controllers. We could be part of your design team, or handle the entire project from concept to finished goods tested, certified, and ready to ship.

In February of 2007, Abed Technologies expanded its service to include Electrical wiring and photovoltaic services for residential and commercial building. In October of 2022 the decision was made to limit the services to Electronics Consulting, Educational Services, EV Charger Installations and Website Development.
